We are working with a Leading Utility Organisation to secure experienced Executive Assistance to join their growing team in Melbourne.   
 
 
Key Information:
  • Salary on offer $110,000 including super + 10% bonus
  • Location: Southbank, Melbourne
  • Hybrid Set Up
 
 
Your Role:
Theis newly created role has been created to support the Chief Information Officer and Technology leadership team including office, function, travel, transaction and document administration. The incumbent is expected to organise and prioritise the daily schedule and requirements. Duties & responsibilities included:
  • Support a culture of Zero Harm
  • Executive administration duties:
  • Deliver accurate, timely and responsive administrative support to the CIPO and IT Leadership teams
  • Manage complex and changing diaries for the CIO including scheduling, negotiating appointments and meetings and organising associated and supporting documentation
  • Coordinate Technology offsites and team planning/leadership days
  • Organise business meetings, functions and conferences as required
 
About You:
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in EA type position
  • Highly organised (e.g. maintaining files, compiling reports and documentation)
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and strong stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to research information related to relevant industry and administrative issues.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Word.
