The Role:

My Client is a leading Oil and Energy firm and they are looking for a Compliance and Ethics candidate to join the team in Singapore. This is a new headcount due to their expansion plans and we are looking for candidates who are keen to scale their career in the Oil and Renewable sector.  


Responsibilities:

  • To implement and roll out Compliance programs in the region
  • End to end Compliance duties such as Anti Bribery, Code of Conduct, FCPA etc
  • To support any new systems and training related to Compliance
  • Ensure that the Compliance polices are in line with local laws and regulations
  • Ensure the screening and KYC reviews on new clients


Requirements:

  • 3 to 7 years of Compliance experience in a Corporate setting – preferably in Oil and Gas / Energy / Engineering
  • Experience in anti corruption laws / FCPA / Code of conduct etc
  • Some understanding in Enterprise Risk
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence senior leaders
