We are currently hiring for a financial institution which is looking for a digital marketing specialist/manager (Individual contributor) to manage all aspects of personalisation and testing life cycles from design, deployment, and analysis. The role will be working closely with various stakeholders including but not limited to marketing, media, UX and analytic team to deliver optimal customer experience on website and app.
 

Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement end to end digital marketing strategy and solution which could align with business requirements
  • Development of A/B testing roadmap and experimentation in website and/or app, and ensuring alignment with the overall business strategy and goals
  • Development of testing requirements such as, able to traffic baselines for testing and provide recommendation of volumes required to achieve statistical significance
  • Defining test KPI related to financial and engagement metrics
  • Collaborate with stakeholders on problem solving, forming hypothesis for optimization of user experiences and development of personalization strategy
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and agency partners to obtain testing wireframes, mockup, copy/images as required
  • Define data requirements needed to ensure activities are reported accurately
  • Collaborate with digital analytic team to report out on effectiveness of a/b testing
  • Monitoring test to track results statistically significant, level of confidence and recommend next step to ensure goals are met
  • Provide feedback to stakeholders and share ongoing report to identify successes, failures, trends
  • Be an active participant in building a culture of data-driven decision
  • Takes accountability in considering business and regulatory compliance risks and takes appropriate steps to mitigate the risks.
  • Maintains awareness of industry trends on regulatory compliance, emerging threats and technologies in order to understand the risk and better safeguard the company.
  • Highlights any potential concerns /risks and proactively shares best risk management practices.
 

Requirements:

  • 3-5+ years working on website and app related initiatives
  • Solid knowledge and understanding on testing and personalisation tools such as optimizely, Google Optimize or Adobe target
  • Basic understanding of HTML
  • Ability to translate business needs and goals into effective personalization and testing plans
  • Strong analytical and data-driven thinking, able to put consumer at the center of our decisions
  • Ability to tell concise story from data analysis and build timeline, fact-based report and ably to share ‘why?’ on the test results
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, statistics, mathematics, or related field
  • Self-starter and have the ability to take ownership for key programs with minimal supervision
  • Project management skills, with proven track record to deliver against deadlines
  • Ability to navigate through organization structures
  • Strong written and presentation skills with ability to influence both upwards and downwards
  • High level of integrity takes accountability of work and good attitude over teamwork.
  • Takes initiative to improve current state of things and adaptable to embrace new changes.
