Drive data governance initiatives to ensure responsible and effective data management, shaping a safer and stronger organisational culture.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Member of the global Group Master Data Governance Office, supporting Data Documentation Governance.
  • Define, control, enforce, and implement Data Documentation for SAP and other core systems, including Data Policy, Data Dictionary, Data Glossary, Data Lifecycle, etc.
  • Collaborate with core system Application Owner/Subject Matter Experts to ensure the maintenance of relevant Data Documentation.
  • Lead projects and develop detailed project plans for implementing, monitoring, and tracking progress in Data documentation, data quality, and master data management.
  • Create and maintain project documentation according to project management requirements.
  • Manage project resources, deliverables, and any changes to project scope and schedule.
  • Engage and collaborate with business users globally, regionally, and at the country level, managing stakeholder expectations.
  • Establish and enforce guidelines and governance policies for big data and business intelligence platforms.
 
Job Requirements: 
  • Self-starter with the drive and initiative to understand work scope, master it, and manage workload and time effectively.
  • Ability to thoroughly investigate requests/issues, visualize solutions, present ideas clearly, and execute plans.
  • Efficient multitasker capable of managing several projects and/or priorities simultaneously, committed to delivering work within agreed timelines.
  • Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills, confident in communicating and negotiating with Global Business Partners, Business Users, and Subject Matter Experts at all management levels.
  • Experience in data modelling best practices and basic skill set in SQL.
  • Strong ability to work independently and cooperate with diverse teams in a multiple stakeholder environment.
  • Strong sense of work ownership, high affinity with data, and a desire for continuous improvement.
  • Stay updated on the latest technologies and opportunities within the domain/area of expertise.
  • Proficient in office productivity tools such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
