The CX Project Team Specialist works collaboratively within a CX Project team to drive positive customer experiences that ensure measurable success through the identification of CX needs and the formulation and provision of recommendations for initiatives to achieve the overall organisation CX strategy.

Responsibilities:

- Develop a transferrable understanding of CX practices that they can share with their teams, functional areas and peer networks including Human Centred Design (HCD) methods (qualitative research, prototyping, codesign, iteration, ideation, and design development), CX tools (like insights, principles, strategies personas, and customer journey and experience maps) and CX metrics to discovery, define, develop and communicate CX needs and solutions.
- Support project team leaders to develop and managed senior stakeholder relationships to develop internal advocates and ensure the embedment of CX experience outcomes through change management and required improvements to processes, systems, practices and spaces that influence the customer experience.
- Leverage functional and organisational expertise to help identify opportunities for customer experience innovation within the project parameters to deliver against the organisation CX strategy and mitigate/manage these risks.
- Draw on expert knowledge and leadership experience within the organisation to ensure the CX team understands the strategic and operational priorities within which new customer and employee experiences are being designed and implemented.
- Develop and manage senior stakeholder relationships within their peer network and field of expertise to help inform the development of actionable insights and prototype and to build advocacy for the project outcomes and commitment to implementation of those outcomes.
- Place the customer at the centre of all decision making.
