Responsibilities would include:

  • Contribute to the Corporate Strategy function, support engagements and work together with cross-functional business partners to deliver meaningful and high-impact strategic work
  • Support strategic problem-solving, including developing and testing hypotheses, strategic analysis, developing conceptual frameworks, and conducting qualitative and quantitative analyses to identify new growth opportunities and execute the recommendations
  • Strategy formulation & execution; Manage strategic projects, maintain responsibility for deliverables, timelines, and management of stakeholder relationships and expectations
  • Create business plans for new business lines or new market entry
  • Partner with department leaders, C-level stakeholders to develop strategic plans and initiate important projects, communicate strategies and strategic topics
  • Evaluate key industry movements in the relevant industry space and emerging trends and distill relevant implications to the firm
  • Create monthly and quarterly reports to update the core leadership team on key areas of business performance
 
 
Profile of ideal candidate
  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
  • MANDATORY requirements: 1) Top tier management consulting experience and 2) candidates need to have done any growth strategy / go-to-market / market scanning type of projects before
  • No specific sector experience is needed/ open to all generalists.
  • Years of relevant management consulting experience: 1-3 (Analyst) | 3-6 years (Associate) | More than 6 yrs (Manager)  
  • Organization and multi-tasking skills required to lead and participate in several projects, including anticipating requirements and monitoring workload  
  • Outstanding problem-solving abilities, judgment, and attention to detail
  • Strong written & verbal communication, to be able to speak to senior board members/ C-suite guys
  • Strong quantitative excel skills especially in dealing with synthesizing large data sets and modelling various scenarios
  • Team player, family culture
  • Strong work ethics and excellent attitude, independent
