The Role:
Our client is an international law firm in Hong Kong. They are now seeking a senior associate with solid corporate experience to join their dynamic corporate team. The team advises leading international, PRC and local corporations on a full spectrum of corporate transactions including public and private M&As, IPOs and Hong Kong Listing Rules compliance matters.
Requirements
- 5+ PQE Hong Kong Qualified Lawyer with Solid Corporate Experience
- Proficient in English and Chinese for internal & external communications and engagement
