The ideal candidate:
- 6-8 years PQE
- Qualified in Singapore, Hong Kong, England & Wales and/or US
- Experience working on mergers and acquisitions and private equity matters with financial investor clients ideal
- Currently based in Singapore, keen to relocate to Singapore or returning Singaporeans
- International law firm trained and experience co-ordinating multi-jurisdictional deals an advantage
