Responsibilities would include:
  • Strong financial modelling background needed to construct financial models, evaluate performance and analyzing impact of different capital structures and potential transactions
  • Perform due diligence, valuation analysis, financial analysis using different methods
  • Preparing investment packs, presentation materials for client meetings and you will be involved in origination of deals from pitching to closing stages
  • Conduct research into potential investors & acquirers
  • Support delivery of consultancy projects – provide commercial advice, growth / commercial consulting. Strategic option review, identifying growth strategy, financial reviews, investment advice, exit planning etc.
  • Effective use of databases eg. Bloomberg for information
  • Good internal & external stakeholder management, able to liaise with different teams i.e legal, compliance, 3rd party service providers such as lawyers, accountants, and corporates
Profile of Ideal Candidate:
  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
  • 3-6 years of relevant experience in Big 4 / Corporate finance/ FDD/ Valuation/ Management consulting/ Strategy/ IBD etc
  • Team player, family culture, comfortable working in lean teams
  • Strong work ethics and excellent attitude, independent and can perform without much supervision
  • Analytical and numerate with basic accounting and finance knowledge
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Detail oriented, highly motivated with a strong record of academic achievement
