The Role:

My Client is a leading Fund Manager and we are recruiting for a Compliance professional to join the business in Singapore. These are newly created roles due to the strong expansion plans of the business, and we are looking for Compliance candidates who are keen to scale their career within the Funds and Wealth Management space.


Responsibilities:

  • Provide Regulatory Advisory to the business in Singapore
  • Interface with the MAS on all Regulatory related matters
  • End to end Compliance coverage – AML, KYC, Compliance Monitoring, Testing etc
  • Any Compliance related training and licensing for the business
  • Submission of any Regulatory and MAS related reporting


Requirements:

  • A bachelors degree in a reputable university
  • 5 to 10 years of Asset Management Compliance experience
  • MAS / CMS licensing experience preferred
  • Good understanding of MAS regulations
  • Be able to work independently, while also being a strong team player
