Our Client is a leading international bank, seeking a top-performing Compliance Advisory SVP to act as risk steward and provide regulatory oversight and advice on its Markets and Securities Services arm, and products and services within this purview – with a focus on its markets and securities services business. You will lead the execution of new regulations as well as update current policies in adherence to prevailing regulations, and manage and mitigate operational risks. 
You will:
  • Have at least a Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of strong working experience in a Regulatory Compliance/FCC environment
  • Have relevant experience working with the Securities and Futures Act (SFA) and Financial Advisers Act (FAA) regulatory requirements
  • Be very comfortable liaising with internal stakeholders across all seniority levels and driving key business decisions, pushing back on past practices where necessary
  • Have exceptional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to translate complex matters into layman terms
