Key Responsibilities:

Onboarding of clients across APAC onto the platform
  • Ensure clients are onboarded seamlessly
  • Walk them through the platform
 
Client Management
  • Ensure clients are happy with the use of the platform
  • Unlock the full value of the platform
  • Make sure that clients continue to renew
  • Supporting incoming client queries
 
Key Requirements:
  • Minimally 4 years of experience in client success, account management, relationship management or software implementations roles.
  • Self-starter, highly motivated, ability to thrive in a virtual and autonomous work environment
  • Passionate about client success management
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of financial instruments (equities, bonds, derivatives etc).
  • Excellent organisation, project management and time management skills
  • Experience working in a fintech company is a plus
  • A Bachelor’s Degree
