Onboarding of clients across APAC onto the platform
- Ensure clients are onboarded seamlessly
- Walk them through the platform
Client Management
- Ensure clients are happy with the use of the platform
- Unlock the full value of the platform
- Make sure that clients continue to renew
- Supporting incoming client queries
Key Requirements:
- Minimally 4 years of experience in client success, account management, relationship management or software implementations roles.
- Self-starter, highly motivated, ability to thrive in a virtual and autonomous work environment
- Passionate about client success management
- Strong knowledge and understanding of financial instruments (equities, bonds, derivatives etc).
- Excellent organisation, project management and time management skills
- Experience working in a fintech company is a plus
- A Bachelor’s Degree
