My client is currently seeking a seasoned CDD/KYC Team Lead to join the team.

You will be responsible for managing a team of AML Operations Officers, developing operational guidelines to support CDD/KYC and transaction monitoring activities. This includes end to end delivery from customer onboarding, CDD, transaction monitoring etc. As a manager, you will deliver high standards for BAU operations and set expectations for the team according to the relevant policies, procedures, and guidelines (AML and CFT).

You should come with at least 7-8 years of AML operations background, with strong knowledge of operational frameworks in CDD and KYC. The ideal candidate possesses a keen eye for process improvements to ensure efficiency and productivity. Applicants with team management experience will be highly considered.
