A leading Asia-based digital asset custodian is seeking a driven Business Development professional to lead client acquisition and partnership efforts in Singapore. The firm provides secure, institutional-grade custody solutions for asset managers, funds, exchanges, and enterprises across the digital asset ecosystem.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive business growth through client acquisition and account management in Singapore.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with funds, family offices, and institutional partners.
  • Collaborate with product and marketing teams to refine offerings based on client feedback.
  • Oversee client onboarding, proposal development, and post-sales support.
  • Track market trends and prepare business reports to support strategy and decision-making.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in the crypto, blockchain, or digital asset industry; candidates from traditional finance must demonstrate strong Web3 knowledge.
  • Proven success in sales or business development, with a strong client network.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
