The Role:
  • Collaborate with the marketing and business development teams to develop and execute targeted campaigns, ensuring the firm's brand and capabilities are effectively communicated to key clients and prospects.
  • Assist in the creation of compelling marketing collateral, including client proposals, capability statements, and award submissions, ensuring consistency with the firm's branding guidelines.
  • Conduct in-depth market and client research to identify new business opportunities, industry trends, and potential areas for expansion.
  • Support the planning and coordination of various client events, seminars, and networking functions, ensuring seamless execution and a memorable experience for attendees.
  • Maintain and continuously optimize the firm's digital presence, including the website, social media channels, and online directories, to enhance the firm's visibility and thought leadership.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders, such as partners and practice group leaders, to gather relevant information and ensure the timely delivery of marketing and business development initiatives.
  • Demonstrate a proactive and solutions-oriented approach, identifying process improvements and contributing to the enhancement of the firm's marketing and business development operations.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in a business development or marketing role, preferably within legal industry or professional services.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin Chinese for internal & external communications and engagement
  • Strong proficiency in utilizing various software tools, including Microsoft Office suite, graphic design applications, and digital marketing platforms
  • Understanding of the legal industry and its unique business development and marketing requirements is highly desirable
