Ethos Beathchapman in partnership with one of our key financial services clients is currently seeking a Business Analysts to work on a range of risk and compliance programs.

Channelling between the business and the project team, you will be supporting a domain of critical customer facing compliance deeds.  You will be part of a team and subject matter domain  in identifying and managing requirements across range of regulatory and risk obligations.   You will develop and maintain strong working relationships with wide range of stakeholders across the organisation which is critical to success

You will also be responsible for:
  • Supporting the business to drive a strong risk culture awareness
  • Gathering and documenting requirements through identification of customers, and regulatory background checking
  • Key stakeholder management on the product side of the division
  • Defining and managing the delivery lifecycle, to ensure business needs are met
  • Providing and directing recommendations for improvements of business solutions
What do I need?
  • 5+ years in risk and compliance with exceptional analysis and problem-solving skills as a Business Analyst
  • Exposure with larger scale projects
  • Ability to engage and influence key stakeholders
  • Desire to be constantly challenged and develop new knowledge
  • A financial services background is essential.
