The ideal candidate:
- 1-4 years PQE
- Qualified in Singapore, Hong Kong, England & Wales and/or US
- Experience drafting and negotiating complex leveraged finance transactions, including facility agreements, security documents, term sheets and related documentation
- Ability to run transactions autonomously, including producing draft documents and managing the conditions precedent process
- Currently based in Singapore, keen to relocate to Singapore or returning Singaporeans
- International law firm trained and experience co-ordinating multi-jurisdictional deals an advantage
