Our client, a leading Global Financial Institution, is seeking a highly motivated legally trained professional to join the products transaction team.
Best in class onboarding and training. You will be part of a team, supporting the group on managing legal aspects of special products transactions, including but not limited to NDAs, Term sheets, loan agreements, security documentation and legal opinions. You should possess a good understand of financial regulatory requirements, SFA etc.
Requirements
- Degree in Law with at least 4-6 PQE working in a law firm focused in banking/DCM or inhouse corporate Legal experience in a MNC financial services environment.
- Strong commercial and execution transaction management experience
- Good knowledge and understanding of Banking Act, SFA
- Strong verbal, written communication skills and analytical skills
