Our Client is a well-established Asian Wholesale bank, seeking an AVP/VP Legal Counsel to advise on legal and regulatory matters pertaining to the bank’s offerings. You will focus on transaction banking matters

You will:
  • Be legally trained and called to the Singapore Bar, with at least 4-8 years of relevant experience in private practice or in-house in a financial institution
  • Have sound knowledge of banking laws and regulations, including documentation and operations
  • Proactive and have excellent communication skills
