  • Able to speak native Bahasa to work on Indonesia deals - Candidates must have experience in corporate finance, banking, investment banking, M&A

Responsibilities:  
  • Leading origination, structuring and execution efforts of M&A deals across Southeast Asia 
  • Strong financial modelling background; to construct financial models, evaluate performance and analyzing impact of different capital structures and potential transactions 
  • Perform extensive valuation & pricing analysis, financial analysis using different methods eg. DCF 
  • Pitching, preparing and delivering presentations
  • Support senior MDs
  • General sector coverage, but Infrastructure sector experience useful
  • Take primary responsibilities for deal execution of transactions
  • Liase with different stakeholders, and able to deliver holistic advice to clients
  • Mentoring junior bankers

Profile of Ideal Candidate: 
  • Years of relevant experience: 3-5 (Associate equivalent) | 6-9 (VP) in investment banking/ advisory /M&A from a top tier investment bank
  • Strong work ethic and excellent attitude, independent and can perform without much supervision 
  • Analytical and numerate with accounting and finance knowledge
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Good deal transaction experience
  • Good client management skills
  • Team player, work independently
  • Strong technical and communication skills
  • Detail oriented, highly motivated with a strong record of academic achievement
