About the Company:
Sizable and established hospitality, tourism and entertainment group. With upcoming expansion of business and increasing footprint in Singapore, the company is looking to grow its technology capabilities.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage Business Continuity Planning (BCP) and Disaster Recovery (DR) programs.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain DR strategies and plans.
  • Conduct regular risk assessments and business impact analyses.
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure DR readiness and compliance.
  • Oversee DR testing and drills to ensure effectiveness and preparedness.
  • Provide guidance and training to staff on DR protocols and procedures.
 
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Continuity, or related field.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement DR strategies.
  • Extensive experience in disaster recovery and business continuity planning.
  • Strong understanding of IT infrastructure and operations.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement DR strategies.
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
