The Role: 

Our client is an international law firm looking for a Junior/Mid-level Associate to join their team. You will be joining a collegial team in Singapore focusing on a broad range of transactions within Asset and Aviation Finance across the region. You will be drafting, reviewing, and negotiating agreements for aircraft sale and purchase, leasing, and financing transactions. 


Requirements:

  • Singapore or Common Law Qualified, with a minimum of 2-4 PQE (UK Scale) at a major onshore law firm or offshore firm in Aviation Finance/Asset Finance 
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 
  • Strong attention to detail. 
  • Must demonstrate an ability to provide accurate, focused advice to clients. 
  • A proactive positive and energetic approach with a commitment to providing excellent service and a desire to interact with the market and build client relationships.
