Our client is a fast-growing, industrial organisation and are looking to expand their team.

You will be working closely with Finance Manager and the other team members to meet all statutory and management reporting requirements. Your main responsibilities will be but not limited to:

The role:

  • Ensure transactions are accurately recorded, books are closed on time, and all balance sheet reconciliations are accurate and complete in the new system.
  • Assist finance manager on monthly management reporting
  • Assisting with FBT Returns and Monthly BAS Returns
  • Monitoring and management of operational cashflow, eg. ensure sufficient cash for interest payments.
  • To be involved in special project in our hotel business and other ad-hoc projects or assignments as assigned.
  • Assist in system migration, reconciling opening balances, building schedules, and set up in new system.
Skills and Experience

  • Proven professional accounting experience, ideally from property industry background
  • Intermediate to Advanced skills in Excel
  • Experience with NetSuite (preferable not compulsory)
