The Role:
My Client is an MNC Financial Services firm on an expansion spree. They are a market leader in its space, looking to hire a lawyer to provide legal and regulatory advice across M&A, employment and commercial contracts in financial services, banking, capital markets, broker-dealer and financial data.
You will have:
- 3-5 PQE with relevant experience from law firm or financial services firm
- Assist with general corporate commercial contracts, client relationship guarantees, BAU (employment, banking, regulatory (CMS Licensing), M&A)
- Experience handling litigation management
- Independent, excellent communication skills to handle stakeholders
