Immediate contract roles for Business Analyst with agile and/or digital experience to join a busy BA practice on multiple projects. The Business Analysts drive digital based solutions and prototypes and/or process improvements across business and IT working with technical and business stakeholders. Projects include new platform build/upgrades, product development and business improvement projects or upgrade of Document Management solutions.

Skills and experience required include:
  • Solid experience in end to end business analysis and/or process analysis on transformation projects
  • Proven experience and knowledge of agile methodology and tools , certification highly regarded
  • Experience assisting in solution design, developing functional and non-functional specification and/or process analysis
  • Experience in creating user journeys, user maps, strong understanding of UX
  • Experience in process improvement using BPM, Visio or Aris
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications or professional qualifications
