We are working with a Leading Utility Organisation to provide administration support to their busy corporate office.
 
Key Information:
  • Pay Rate: up to $45 per hour inclusive of Superannuation
  • Location: Southbank, Melbourne
  • Hours: 8:30am - 5pm or 9:00am - 5:30pm (5 days per week)
 
Your Role:
  • Process purchase orders.
  • Handle travel arrangements.
  • Process invoice payments.
  • Organise business meetings, functions and conferences including room booking and catering as required.
  • Office maintenance and stationary order.
  • Support a culture of Zero Harm.
  • Ad hoc administrative tasks as assigned by the team.

About You:
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in an team administration / support role.
  • Highly organised (e.g. maintaining files, compiling reports and documentation).
  • Strong attention to detail, with excellent stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to research information related to relevant industry and administrative issues.
  • Able to commit to full-time from from the office for the whole contractural period.
