Job Type: Full-time

A registered foreign law firm based in Hong Kong is seeking a highly skilled Accounts Assistant (AA) to join their team.


Responsibilities:
  • Handle daily accounting tasks and provide administrative support, including but not limited to, bookkeeping for client and office bank accounts, payables, receivables, general ledgers, reconciliations
  • Assist in preparing cash flow, financial information and reports for head office and local management
  • Establish effective working relationships with local support teams and suppliers


Requirements:
  • Diploma or degree in Accounting
  • Minimum of 2 years' relevant experience in law firm is a MUST
  • Able to support full set of accounts and familiar with key accounting principles and Solicitors' Accounts Rules
  • Solid Excel skills (PivotTable, VLookUp, etc) and knowledge of Elite 3E computerised accounting systems is a MUST
  • Fluent in both spoken and written English and Chinese and good interpersonal skill are essential
  • Able to work independently with initiative and self-motivation, detail-orientated, resourceful, strong sense of responsibility and good multi-tasking and prioritising capability
