The Role:
My Client is a leading Fintech Firm and we are looking for an IT Risk and Compliance professional to join the team in Singapore. This is a high visibility role and you will be leading a lean team in Singapore. We are looking for candidates who are keen to build their career in an expanding and growing organization across Asia.

Responsibilities:
  • Spearhead all 2nd line Enterprise and Technology Risk related policies and framework.
  • Work with Group Compliance to mitigate gaps and drive a strong Compliance culture within the business
  • Conduct Risk and Control Assessments ( RCSA ) and work with the business on all Risk related plans and policies.
  • Spearhead all Privacy related matters within the business.  
  • Any other adhoc Risk and Compliance duties across the Group level
 
You must:
  • A bachelors degree in a reputable university
  • 10 years of experience in a Technology Risk, Compliance, Privacy related experience.
  • Experience from the Financial Institution or Health care sector preferred.
  • Be able to work independently, while also being a strong team player
