You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation and reporting of investment funds; lead fund liquidity management and forecasting efforts, overseeing investment limitation monitoring and coordinating capital activities and reporting. You will also lead the Real Estate Finance team as a Transformation SME, assisting in strategic planning and driving finance transformation and technology initiatives. Working with regional stakeholders, you will manage ad hoc tasks/projects as required.
 
Candidates should come with at least 15 years’ experience in PERE accounting/operations. Experience in digital transformation/automation projects from a finance perspective would be key for the role. Strong communication skills and stakeholder management skills a pre-requisite. Prior leadership experience preferred but not a must.
