  • Candidates MUST already be in Singapore due to the role’s requirements and have relevant experience in infrastructure, e.g., Logistics, Energy, Utilities, Transport, Renewables, New Energies, Batteries etc (Not Real Estate or Data Centres)

Responsibilities would include:
  • Leading the sourcing, evaluation, execution, and management of infrastructure investment opportunities
  • Oversee deal teams, lead due diligence processes, financial modelling, valuation, structuring/ negotiation of terms
  • Manage and build relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, advisors and portfolio companies
  • Oversee the ongoing monitoring and performance evaluation of portfolio assets, including the development of value creation plans
  • Support fundraising efforts by preparing materials, meeting with potential investors and responding to investor inquiries
  • Provide strategic guidance on asset management decisions, including refinancing, divestments or exit strategies
  • Assess market trends, regulatory changes, and macroeconomic factors impacting investments
  • Manage and mentor junior team members

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
  • 10 years of relevant infrastructure investing experience (generalist, except for real estate or data centres) – across Private Equity or Investment Banking  
  • Must have a strong track record of leading/ working on Infrastructure transactions including DD, structuring and execution
  • Have passion in infrastructure investing, have a view of this space and market landscape
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities, able to make sound investment decisions
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and present to senior decision-makers
