My Client is a global financial institution seeking to hire a junior to mid level lawyer with regulatory, cross border financing transaction experience.
You will have:
- 6-10 PQE with training in Corporate Banking (Loans & lending) and finance
- Possess good understanding of banking products (Syndicated loans, LMA, APLMA documentation)
- Banking regulatory experience
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
