Responsibilities:
  • Address Business as Usual (BAU) issues and resolve them within agreed SLAs.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business roles and access provisioning processes.
  • Review application access and department role matrices; facilitate application onboarding into the Identity Management Solution.
  • Manage application access reconciliation and maintain a centralized access repository.
  • Define business roles and maintain Segregation of Duty (SOD) rules within the IAM System.
  • Perform reconciliation tasks within the Identity Management system.
  • Execute queries via Business Intelligence tools for daily monitoring reports.
  • Provide administrative support to the IDM team.
 
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM).
  • Proficiency in Database SQL, reporting and MS Excel; BI reporting will be a plus
  • Familiarity with Oracle Identity Manager / Governance or RBAC (Role-Based Access Control) principles will be a plus
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
