The Role:
My Client is a leading Brokerage Firm and we are looking for a Regulatory Compliance professional to join the team in Singapore. They are a global business and you will be given the opportunity to oversee all Regulatory Compliance related work and work with senior leaders in the Industry.

Responsibilities:
  • Implement and spearhead new Regulatory Compliance framework within the business
  • Identify Compliance gaps and implement framework to mitigate gaps and risks
  • Ensure that policies are in line with Regulatory requirements and provide advisory to the business.
  • Any other adhoc Regulatory Compliance duties across the Group level
  • Maintain and build a Compliance culture in the firm

You must:
  • A bachelors degree in a reputable university
  • 10 years of experience in a Regulatory Compliance role – ideally from the Brokerage or Financial Services industry.
  • Strong understanding of MAS regulations – SFA and FAA
  • Be able to work independently, while also being a strong team player
