Role Overview:
Seeking a seasoned Oracle ERP Functional Consultant with extensive experience in Oracle EBS. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of Oracle EBS applications, SQL, and PL/SQL, along with a solid background in financial and supply chain modules. This position involves significant travel to work closely with teams in Singapore and the US.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the entire lifecycle of Requirement, Design, Configuration, Testing, Deployment, and Support for Oracle EBS modules, including PO, AP, Payments, GL, Intercompany, Advance Pricing, Costing, Inventory, and Order Management.
  • Facilitate business process mapping workshops and create AS-IS / TO-BE business processes, configuration scripts, and functional specifications based on user requirements.
  • Streamline end-to-end processes for P2P, R2R, P2M, Inter-company, Consolidation, and O2C.
  • Support the configuration and development of application objects, workflows, reporting, integration, and conversion programs.
  • Develop test scripts and conduct unit and system integration tests.
  • Collaborate with business, technical, and functional stakeholders to ensure efficient processes and high-quality outcomes.
  • Investigate and resolve complex production incidents, ensuring timely resolution within SLAs.
  • Provide user training and manage testing activities.
  • Assist with the period-close process and troubleshoot technical issues during month-end or year-end financial closings.
  • Engage in discussions and reviews to ensure adherence to best practices.
 
Experience and Skills Required
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience with Oracle ERP and hands-on expertise.
  • Successfully completed at least 2 end-to-end Oracle ERP project implementations in Manufacturing, Supply Chain & Distribution.
  • Strong understanding of business processes: P2P, R2R, P2M, Inter-company, Consolidation, O2C.
  • Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities, with a knack for effective collaboration in a global setting.
  • In-depth knowledge of Oracle EBS modules: Financial Management, Supply Chain Management, and Manufacturing.
  • Familiarity with Oracle EBS system architecture, SQL, PL/SQL, and relevant tables and views.
  • Experience with data conversion, integration, reports, and dashboards.
  • Oracle certification(s) in relevant modules is advantageous.
  • Open to Singapore, US and International candidates with relevant technical and language (English and Chinese) skills will be a plus for internal & external communications and engagement
