Manager, Finance Business Partner
 
A market leader in the Life-Sciences industry is seeking a Manager, Finance Business Partner to join their fast-growing organisation.  
 
You will be responsible for driving the finance strategic direction, as well as spearheading the compliance and governance for the region. This involves business partnering with commercial stakeholders and fronting business case study reviews with c-suites. Other than advising key stakeholders on pricing analysis, you will lead the P&L management for the business to drive its profitability, as well as engage in financial analysis for sound decision making (e.g. financial modelling and valuations). You will play a very proactive approach in identifying potential financial risks by partnering with internal finance and commercial stakeholders – ensuring adherence to internal controls for the organisation.
 
The ideal candidate should have a degree in Accountancy and Finance and have minimum of 10 years of relevant finance business partnering and internal controls experience, with key focus on having regional coverage. You enjoy working both independently and within a team, while possessing strategic thinking and the ability to drive changes for the growth of the business.
