A exciting role has come up with a FinTech firm within the internal audit team. They are looking for a business audit lead to report to the Head of Audit.

As this is a small team, you will work closely with the Head of Audit in building a comprehensive understanding of business strategy and plans. From this, you will perform and lead audits (front to back) to ensure agreed assurance objectives are met. Given the nature of the Fintech firm, you will also provide non-assurance services to business where required, and be a value-adding yet independent Internal Audit function within the firm.

The ideal candidate possesses at least 8-12 years of experience in audit, ideally with exposure or specialty in Retail Banking/Consumer Banking. Professional qualifications such as CIA/CA/ACCA/CPA highly advantageous. Strong communication skills would be a pre-requisite due to the need to work alongside senior stakeholders.
