As the Head of Public Sector, Singapore for a technology company headquartered in the US, specializing in IT Managed and Consulting Services, you will lead a small team and oversee key accounts within the public sector in Singapore. Your responsibilities include expanding the company's presence in the Singapore market, meeting budgetary goals, and taking ownership of revenue, profit/loss, and growth objectives for existing customer accounts.
Your role mandates ensuring account profitability and leading improvements in operating margins for existing business. Additionally, you are expected to generate profitable growth, increase the utilization and billability of resources assigned to your account, and drive overall success in the public sector space.
Key Requirements:
- A minimum of 20 years of experience in the IT industry, with over 10 years of dedicated sales experience.
- Proven track record of successfully selling IT managed / consulting services within the Public Sector industry.
- Experience in team leadership
- Demonstrated ability to acquire new accounts and foster business growth.
- Proficient in managing Profit and Loss (P&L) responsibilities.
