The Role:
Our client is an offshore international law firm who is looking to hire for their investment funds practice. This headcount will get the opportunity to handle high-profile fund formation matters across the full spectrum of private funds, including Private Equity, Real Estate Private Equity, Infrastructure, and Venture Capital funds, within a dynamic and collaborative environment.
 
Requirements:
  • LLB from a recognized University, with strong academic background.
  • Qualification in a commonwealth jurisdiction. Singapore-qualified lawyer will require dual-qualification or more to be considered.
  • 5 years onwards of post-qualification experience in investment funds.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
  • A collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
