A market leader in the Chemicals industry is seeking a Finance Director to join their fast-growing organisation.
 
You will be a key driver to the strategic growth of the organisation. This involves overseeing of multiple production facilities across the region – pertaining to working capital investments, product costing and driving operational efficiencies through analyzing key metrics and assisting with decision-making on costs, plant efficiencies, and inventory levels. You will support the group CFO and General Manager by being a key advisor to the firm’s commercial performance through detailed financial analysis of sales, pricing, and profitability. You will have a team supporting you on the reporting and finance closing, while you front the forecasts and budget cycles, and greenfield set up of manufacturing plants overseas.
 
The qualified individual will have a minimum degree in Accounting and Finance and be CA/CPA certified. You should have at least 15 years of relevant working experience in Financial Planning and Analysis and Business Partnering in a regional MNC set up either in Manufacturing, Medical Device or Chemicals industry. It is ideal to have some corporate finance M&A experience in order to aid in the drivers of the firm’s profitability and growth.
