Ethos BeathChapman is partnering with a leading global financial technology organisation and major provider of software-enabled services to the financial services industry. We are seeking an exceptional senior finance leader to join the executive team in a pivotal role spanning financial strategy, pricing, and M&A. This is a high-impact, strategically critical position that will work closely with senior executives to drive profitability, elevate performance, and accelerate sustainable growth across the business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead annual budgets, long-range planning, and rolling forecasts.
  • Deliver insightful financial analysis, scenario modelling, and executive reporting.
  • Own FP&A systems, processes, governance, and automation initiatives.
  • Develop pricing frameworks, financial models, and commercial pricing strategies.
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Product on pricing proposals and commercial opportunities.
  • Analyse customer profitability, competitive trends, and margin performance.
  • Support M&A transactions, including due diligence, valuation modelling, and integration planning.
  • Track post-deal performance and investment outcomes.
  • Build and lead a high-performing FP&A and Pricing team.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership.
What You Will Bring
  • Senior experience in FP&A, commercial finance, and M&A support.
  • Strong pricing strategy and financial modelling capability.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Advanced systems experience (Workday, Adaptive, PeopleSoft, Hyperion) + expert Excel.
  • Professional qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CFA) desirable.
  • Strategic thinker with strong commercial judgement and analytical rigour.
  • Proven leadership capability and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
