A fast-growing company in the trading industry is seeking a Finance Business Partner to join their expanding team. This role will provide strategic commercial financial analysis to support global manufacturing and trading operations, partnering with business leaders to achieve revenue and profit targets.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide financial analysis for product categories, brands, and markets, generating insights and profitability analysis.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to align financials with business goals, delivering timely reporting and insights.
  • Perform monthly variance analysis to understand financial drivers and risks.
  • Manage budgets, rolling forecasts, and track actuals versus forecasts.
  • Oversee customer contracts, sales targets, and incentive programs.
  • Ensure operational controls and governance for overseas sales entities, including Singapore.
  • Use BI tools (e.g., Tableau) for enhanced visibility and risk management.
 
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance, with at least 4 years of relevant Financial Planning & Analysis experience, preferably in the products focused industry. You should be able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, work independently, and collaborate effectively within a team.
 
Travel & Relocation: 50% travel to the US for 1-2 years, followed by relocation
