A fast-growing company in the trading industry is looking for a Finance Business Partner to join their expanding team.
 
In this role, you will collaborate with regional functional heads to develop performance metrics, conduct profitability analysis, and implement growth strategies. You will be responsible for preparing management reports, analyzing key financial results, and ensuring a clear understanding of variance drivers. Additionally, you will monitor and report on current gaps, particularly inventory-related issues, and facilitate cross-functional process reviews while conducting risk and control assessments.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Business partnering with regional teams to develop performance metrics and growth strategies
  • Prepare and distribute management reports with a focus on financial and non-financial KPIs
  • Conduct profitability and variance analysis and collaborate with functional heads to identify risks and drivers
  • Monitor and report on control gaps, including inventory-related issues
  • Facilitate cross-functional process reviews and conduct risk and control assessments
 
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance, with at least 7 years of relevant Financial Planning & Analysis experience, preferably in the products focused industry. You should be able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, work independently, and collaborate effectively within a team.
