  • Candidates must have experience in fund-level finances, NAV financing, Subscription finance / corporate finances, or project level finances with leading banks


Responsibilities would include:

  • Establish and lead next generation credit fund products (including Lender Financing and NAV Financing for credit funds) with focus on asset-based lending technology for APAC
  • Identifying short-to-medium term addressable market and feasibility analysis, tailored product scoping, development of credit evaluation methodologies, exposure and risk management policy, resources hiring, etc.
  • Responsible for origination, structuring and execution of NAV Financing for financial sponsors in Asia Pacific time zone. Position will work alongside existing subscription finance fund product (including Hybrid/NAV for those funds) members to drive incremental NAV Financing pipeline based on dedicated NAV Financing KPIs and P/L targets.
  • Lead internal improvement of NAV Financing (including new underlying asset classes and client base) strategy and risk framework working with key stakeholders alongside existing subscription finance fund product members (including Hybrid/NAV for those funds)
  • Identify and generate cross-sell opportunities to increase deal-based ROE and contribute to broader client account ROE including fund FX and derivatives  
  • Oversee execution team in mandate process and managing client expectations throughout deal execution phase and conduct post-closing deal reviews
  • Lead marketing strategy and dedicate product-based account planning for sponsors in conjunction with the global sponsor coverage and other product teams


Profile of ideal candidate:

  • Good relevant degree from a leading university
  • 10-15 of direct relevant experience in financing e.g. fund-level finances, corporate finances, NAV or subscription / project level finances with leading financial institutions
  • Interests/understandings of credit, investment and financial analysis and their application in investment decisions and transaction structuring, gained from a major commercial bank or lender or corporate or structured finance group of a major international organisation
  • Basics of business judgement and ethical and professional standards
  • Leadership and people management experience
