Our client is a leading international law firm in Hong Kong. They are now seeking a corporate paralegal in their corporate team. You will be working closely with a professional partner and associates on both debt capital market and equity capital market. Also, you will be focusing on public and private M&A related matters.
Requirements:
- 1 + Year of Paralegal Experience
- Solid Experience in Corporate Practice
- Strong Command in English and Chinese as you will liaise with English and Chinese speaking stakeholders.
