Client Details:
An excellent opportunity to join a well-respected law firm with a strong corporate practice. They are currently seeking a Paralegal to support a broad range of corporate transactions.

Description:
  • Assist with reviewing, drafting, and preparing legal documents for capital markets transactions (IPOs, bonds), listing compliance, and general corporate matters.
  • Conduct in-depth company and legal research to support ongoing deals.
  • Prepare due diligence reports and verification notes, providing essential support throughout IPO processes.
  • Liaise with clients, auditors, and other stakeholders as needed. Assist with other ad hoc projects as assigned.

Profile:
  • Degree in Law would be an advantage
  • Minimum 1 year of experiences as a Corporate (IPO) Paralegal
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken Chinese and English is essential, as you will liaise with English and Chinese speaking stakeholders.
  • Positive working attitude, ability to multitask, and perform under pressure.
