Our client is a leading financial services company with presence across Southeast Asia, UK & ANZ.
 

Responsibilities:
 
  • Engage in the end-to-end progression of BI & Data solution projects, starting from identifying pain points to implementing comprehensive solutions.
  • Translate business requirements into analytical specifications for the development and implementation phases.
  • Identify opportunities and lead the enhancement of data solutions through automation, statistical models, dashboards, or machine learning.
  • Analyse and interpret data to transform business challenges into effective data solutions while acquiring domain business knowledge.
  • Design and establish an analytics framework to uncover actionable insights, empowering the business team to make data-driven decisions.
  • Facilitate communication with key stakeholders from the business and database support teams, fostering cross-team collaboration to gather essential information and enhance the data solutions comprehensively.
  • Provide training and support to business users, promoting the adoption of a data-driven mindset during project initiation and implementation.

 
Requirements:
 
  • Ideally possess a Bachelor's Degree or higher in Computer Science or Statistics.
  • Demonstrate at least 5 years of proven project experience in the Business Intelligence and Data Analytics domains.
  • Showcase experience in designing, setting up, and implementing data-driven insight frameworks.
  • Proficient in SQL, Python, and Data Visualization tools.
  • Experience in user growth, metrics creation, A/B testing, and data modelling.
  • Background in banking and fintech is advantageous.
  • Exhibit excellent stakeholder management skills.
  • Possess an analytical and results-oriented mindset, capable of addressing ambiguous problem statements and making insightful assumptions.
