Responsibilities would include: 
  • Originate, structure and manage complex working capital financing solutions (receivables and payables based) typically on a limited or non-recourse basis, including Receivables Finance and Supplier Finance solutions
  • Originate new business opportunities through effective networking and collaboration internally and externally
  • Support the roll out of products across Asia Pacific coverage
  • Act as Deal Principal in the negotiation of deal terms, structuring and execution of new transactions
  • Analyze client needs, identify opportunities and propose receivables or payables solutions with Trade Solution Sales and Relationship Managers
  • Participate in client meetings and pitches, follow up on leads with potential clients and build up a trust relationships with clients
  • Elaborate financial analysis of receivables portfolios and cash flow models
  • Support the drafting of the legal documentation
  • Elaborate and supervise commercial green light requests and credit proposals
  • Be instrumental in maintaining client contact and liaising with the internal and external parties involved in the transactions
  • Train junior team members
 
 
Profile of Ideal Candidate: 
  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
  • 10 – 15 years of relevant experience, typically across transaction banking, trade sales, trade product management, trade finance, trade product structuring, open account etc
  • Good understanding of credit risk, trade solutions and a proven track record in deal structuring and execution
  • Good track record in receivables purchase/factoring programs, supply chain finance and/or in receivables securitization. Proven track record in trade finance (documentary, open account) is advantageous.
  • Attention to detail, ability to deliver under time pressure
  • Team player
  • Strong work ethics and excellent learning / work attitude, independent and can perform without much supervision 
  • Analytical and numerate with basic accounting and finance knowledge
  • Strong problem solving, analytical and communication skills
