Ethos Beathchapman in partnership with one of our key clients is currently seeking a project manager to deliver a risk monitoring and surveillance system.

The role involves working with Risk Management, Business Units and Technology to deliver technical and operational solutions that will enhance Trading Surveillance capabilities.

You will be responsible for:

  • Project delivery of initiatives from initiation, through to implementation
  • Control and delivery management of the initiative’s scope, schedule and cost
  • Preparing and presenting clear project governance and communications packs
  • Connecting global stakeholders through regular and transparent project reporting
You will bring with you:
  • Senior business project management experience
  • Previous experience in the risk surveillance domain of a financial institution, ideally having implemented trading surveillance / and or monitoring systems and operations
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to build strong, effective relationships
  • exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work rigorously, hard and efficiently in the driving and management of a multi-disciplined and geographically dispersed team delivering to global stakeholders
  • Ability to flex and adapt approach to adequately cater for the evolution of the initiative’s circumstances and its broad range of stakeholders
