Our Client is a global financial institution seeking to hire an experienced trade finance, commodity finance lawyer with extensive experience across trade finance, documentary trade, receivable services, supply chain finance and structured trade solutions and distribution.
The Role:
You will be:
- Qualified lawyer from Singapore or another common law jurisdiction, 8-10 PQE
- Extensive experience across trade finance, documentary trade, receivable services, supply chain finance and structured trade solutions and distribution
- Knowledge transactional support to deal teams across all trade finance products
- Work well in cross functional teams – Sales, Credit, Trade credit insurance and documentation team
- Desire to engage on new product development/global product launches and global template documenation
