Ethos Beathchapman in partnership with one of our key financial services clients is currently seeking Senior and mid-level Digital Business Analysts to work on a range of customer facing programs. 

We are seeking an experienced digital and BA expertise to work across the onboarding of new banking products and existing customer offerings. You will have the experience to address business focused activities against a backdrop of a rapidly changing technology landscape. 

The Project:
You will work on a range of digital led projects that might start as a discovery phase to define the scope, then will follow for a phased approach to will deliver enhancements, change and uplifts to the existing customer and backoffice portals, mobile and tablet devices. You'll be running as a mature Agile feature team with the PM, developers and testers.
 
Key skill set/experience:
  • Digital BA experience is essential ideally within a customer orientated domain (mobile, applications, portal etc)
  • Agile experience
  • Strong all-rounder Digital Business Analyst
  • A strong communicator with strong stakeholder management
  • Self-starter and delivery focused
